Private and Semi-Private Classes

Learn correct alignment, correct technique, improve your strengths and work on your weaknesses. You will receive direct attention and feedback that may not always be possible in a full class setting.

These sessions will benefit those who are new to the practice, those who have experienced injuries, who wish to prevent injuries, or who generally wish to improve movement, strength and flexibility. 

These sessions can be great for anyone participating in other sports or activities also. Through a couple of sessions and setting out home practice plans, you will be given the correct tools and knowledge to improve overall performance.

Private classes can be held in the studio or in the comfort of your own home. All classes are catered to your specific needs and requirements which we will discuss prior to class.
